You are called to lead.
As a believer, we have a calling to rise up and lead. We make it difficult, but the Bible keeps it simple. We are to follow Jesus and lead others to Him. We are to lead in our words, in our actions, and in how we live our everyday life. So, no matter what we are doing, no matter where we are serving, no matter our title, our paycheck, or our level of knowledge - if we are a daughter of the King - we are to follow Jesus and lead others to Him.
Our leadership has nothing to do with our title or our position. It has everything to do with the purpose God has for us. As a corporate executive, entrepreneur, teacher, committee chairman, volunteer, manager, teen mom, bible study leader, coach, supervisor, sales associate, or wherever we are and whatever we are doing - we are to recognize God as our CEO. He writes our job description. He orders our steps.
It’s time. It’s time for you to rise up and lead like Jesus.
Can I be blunt?
It’s not about you. It’s not about me, either. It has nothing to do with who we are and what we have done. It has everything to do with who He is and what He has done. Our leadership begins when we recognize we can’t do it and surrender to Him, asking Him to lead others through us.
The question is will you? Will you be obedient to the call? Will you rise up, follow Jesus, and lead others to Him?

What is the Leadership Roundtable? This is a 60 day Leadership Intensive with Pam Pegram. Pam is developing a Leadership Program that will empower women to become the leader God is calling them to be in their workplace, in their community, and in their family. Before she releases this course, she is inviting you to pull up a chair at the table to partake of some of the biblically sound principles she will be teaching, to take a look at some of the resources she will be offering, and to provide feedback that will enhance the impact this course provides . Why should you join the Leadership RoundTable? Because YOU have been called to lead, but not like the world leads. As believers, we are called to lead like Jesus.. If you are a Christian, the Bible makes it clear - we are to follow Jesus and lead others to Him. We do this in our words, in our actions, and in the way we rise up to lead others well. It is easy to shrink back, it takes intention to rise up, be set apart, and lead like Jesus. Together, we will inspire one another to grow as servant leader and lead stronger, making a great impact for the Kingdom.
Who is this for? This is the Christian woman who feels called to lead and wants to answer the call. No matter where you are when it comes to leading, you can lead stronger and increase your influence. This is for the corporate executive, the entrepreneur, the community leader, the mom, the ministry leader, the teacher, and every woman who desires to be obedient to the call to lead and to lead like Jesus.
What does this entail? There will be nine Zoom Meetings held on alternating Monday evenings and Thursdays at noon from the middle of March to the middle of May. If the dates and times do not work for you, no worries. You will receive a recording will be made available for you. The more you participate, the greater the experience will be for you.
